 Intertech (Taiwan) is a professional Plastic injection mold maker and molder in Taiwan, with more than 25 years experiences. We now do many custom made projects for lighting mold and LED lighting mold for our clients from all over the world, which include Philips, Cooper, Storm...etc.

 With good experience in handling PMMA, PC, clear plastic material, PBT + GF30%..., which can make perfectly transparent light covers or transparent light parts.

 1. All of our works start at receiving the exact drawings (3D drawings) of the light products from our clients, then we will need to understand all of the project's demands (such as the mold cavity, hot runner or cold runner, the products quantities...).

2. After understanding the above projects details, we will provide our quote reports, which may include the tooling price(the mold) and the parts price (the molded products).





3. Our engineers will start to do mold design, build the molds...

 4. We will provide mold trialing services, so called mold testing services, which means we will test the mold we've built on the molding machines to see if it works perfectly. 

 And we will also sent out the mold trialing samples to our clients to make sure everything is correct and well.

 5. If clients only want to buy molds, then, we will start to package the molds and ship them to the place our clients want it to be.

 If clients want to producing the parts here in Taiwan by us, then we will start manufacturing upon clients' requirements.

 And we sill also ship out or by express to sent the products to where clients assign to go.

 *The delivery costs will be followed as the shipment term. FOB, EXW...
6. The lead time will be around 45-50 days.
